Redevelopment of South Florida specializes in guiding organizations from initial concept through funded, completed projects. Development in South Florida doesn't happen in a straight line — it happens through funding cycles, agency reviews, community meetings, eligibility requirements, and partnerships that take experience to assemble.
Most organizations don't have that experience in-house. We do. For nearly 20 years, we've worked work alongside nonprofits, developers, small businesses, and community organizations as a single, accountable partner — evaluating projects honestly, building realistic funding strategies, and staying engaged until the work is done.
We are the consultants who make construction possible: the funding strategists, program navigators, and project coordinators who remove the barriers that stall good projects. Every engagement includes initial project evaluation, funding strategy, government program navigation, application support, economic development planning, and project coordination — full-cycle support with one point of contact.

From initial project evaluation through funding strategy, applications, and coordination to completion, our team stays engaged as a single accountable partner from first conversation to funded project.
